We use a quartz envelope because it can handle rapid temperature swings and delivers clean infrared heat. Inside, the halogen element gives you steady, consistent radiation that responds fast. The back of the tube has a reflective coating that pushes more energy forward. More warmth where you need it, less wasted. And the connectors? We went with industrial-grade R7s and Sk15 types. They make solid contact, line up easily, and take the hassle out of installation. The whole setup is straightforward: mount the bracket, wire it up, and lock the tube in place. No flimsy tabs to bend. No complicated alignment. Just done.
