Getting the Hardware to Talk

We also use high-temp silicone cabling. Why? Because constant heating and cooling can make cheap wires crack or melt. We don’t want that. Speed and Safety
One of the best things about infrared is that it doesn’t hold onto heat. It fires up fast, and it cools down just as quickly. This is perfect for smart homes because there’s no lag. You don’t want to be tripping your power every time you turn the heat up. And just a reminder—IP44 means they handle splashes, not swimming. Don’t dunk them. Plus, if you’re using them in a place with a lot of steam, do yourself a favor and check the seals every six months. Moisture can wear down gaskets over time, and a quick check keeps everything running smoothly.
