Why quartz actually works
Standard coils just heat the air. Quartz tubes are different. They send out radiation that hits your product directly. It’s a more aggressive, efficient kind of heat. We use high-purity quartz glass because this stuff is tough. It can handle temperatures over 1,000°C without warping or cracking. Plus, we can tweak the wattage and voltage to fit your specific power supply. That means we can cram more heat into a smaller space.
Getting the fit right
There’s nothing worse than ordering a part that almost fits. Maybe your last lamp burned out because the fit was too tight, or the voltage was slightly off. We don’t do “standard” sizes if they don’t work for you. You tell us the length, the wattage, and the connector type you need. We build it so it wires up easily without you having to mess around with your control board. We stick with stainless steel housing for a reason. It doesn’t rust, and it bounces that IR heat back toward your food or product instead of letting it leak out the sides.
A quick heads-up
Here is the thing: when you jump from a 1kW setup to a 2kW setup, you’re putting a lot more heat into the oven’s chassis. You’ll need to make sure your cooling fans and vents can handle the extra warmth. If you don’t, you might end up frying your thermostats or melting some wires.
